Wall Spot Cleaning
The cleaners will examine the spots and the type of wall, and use appropriate way of cleaning. However, please note that some spots can be considered as damage and can only be fixed by a painter. * Living room - is a separate room, will be counted as an additional room.

All Rooms

Dusting and remove cobwebs. Vacuum carpets and floor. Mop all floors and dry wood floors. Empty and clean ashtrays and wastebaskets.

Kitchen

Wipe and sanitise countertops and backsplashes. Clean the range top and refrigerator top and exterior. Mop floors.

Bathrooms

Clean, scrub and sanitise showers, bathtubs and sinks. Clean and sanitise vanities, backsplashes and toilets. Clean mirrors. Polish chrome. Mop floors and tile walls. Deodorise.

  • Detergent and equipment are included
  • For “End-of-Lease” Cleaning the property needs to be free of personal belongings (except heavy furniture). If there are personal items or someone is still living, we cannot provide the service.
  • Running water and electricity must be available at the property.  

Please inform us about nearby parking spot, otherwise we charge for parking fees.

Other services such as outside window cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, oven cleaning are always extras. We will charge extra accordingly.

If you wish to cancel or postpone the booked appointment, give us a call or message us immediately. The cancellation must be done 48 hours before the scheduled day & time. Late cancellation fee – $50.
